Nebbiolo d'Alba
D.O.C.
The name of this wine originates from the district where it is produced, Scaparoni in the district of Alba. After it has been pressed it remains in oak barrels for a year, which gives it its excellent texture and its dry, harmonious taste with highly balanced tannins. Its aromas convey a hint of brushwood; it is a preferred accompaniment to full-bodied pasta and game dishes.
