Nebbiolo
It is traditionally produced with the Nebbiolo grapes and ages for a maximum of 18 months in oak barrels. Then it matures in the bottle and completely acquires its own characteristics. It exhibits a lively red colour, intensive aromas and texture for medium-term storage. It goes very well with pasta and risotto as well as meat dishes, where it develops its intrinsic features.
